COVID-19 UPDATE

Following government advice in relation to COVID-19 issued on 22/03, we are continuing to ship orders since postal services are still operational in Vietnam. Regarding Europe and worldwide, we are working hard to maintain a schedule and will be shipping again mid May latest.

Please note that due to reductions in flights and overall delays to courier services, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order – unfortunately this is beyond our control. We suggest that international orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Our logistic partner La Poste handles our shipping. Your Lionheart Skincare product will be in 3-5 business days at your door.

Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene purposes.
